Marisa Steiner LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Born and raised in South Africa, I knew at a very young age that I wanted to make hard working people like my mother, feel better by "rubbing their feet" after a long, tiring work day. Many years passed and I became a therapist, learning that, in every single stage of mankind's journey, touch has always been an effective method of pain relief. With this knowledge in mind, my hands instinctively know where and how to soothe your sore muscles. Combined with intrinsic knowledge of human anatomy and a self awareness, I use deep, focused touch to address any trauma or stress your musculature may be dealing with.
It's my honor to be of service to you!

Marybeth brings her experience in teaching and Coaching to Chardon Integrative Wellness Center to further share her passion and belief behind a model of care that supports a "Whole-body" mentality. A system that puts nutrition, stress management, exercise and movement in direct line with the prevention, repair and potential reversal of everything from weight gain, hormonal fluctuations and sleep challenges to chronic illness. While remaining mindful that all aspects are important components to an overall comprehensive Health and Wellness plan!
“ Stepping on the path to Health Coaching felt like a natural progression from my own personal health and wellness journey. Much like so many others, symptoms and ailments were adding up, while answers and actual solutions were nowhere to be found. Becoming an educated consumer, a layman's medical investigator and my own best advocate led to the answers I had hoped for. Once empowered with this information and personal testimonial, I felt compelled to share all I had learned with the hope of helping others in the same way!"
Hippocrates said, "If we could give every individual the right amount of nourishment and exercise, not too little and not too much, we would have found the safest way to health."
Whether through a Physicians encouragement or a self-motivated health and wellness goal, both are often just the beginning of a healing journey. Incorporating new wellness strategies can feel overwhelming and somewhat impossible within life's busy pace and responsibilities. I, as your Health Coach, can help you to bridge that gap! Through Education, Exploration, Empowerment, and Support, we create solutions together that best reflect what is important to you. Thereby, designing a sustainable plan that aligns with your life, values and personal needs!
Chronic health concerns to everyday challenges that best represent today's day and age, such as Cancer, Autoimmune issues, fatigue, weight gain, insomnia, brain fog, etc... all circle back to creating a healthier diet and lifestyle plan.
Coaching is about recognizing what's important to you now and for your future. From there it's just a matter of learning to connect the dots.
"It would be an honor to help you do just that!"
